Geography:

The New York office focuses on the metropolitan New York area, as well as the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions with support from our Atlanta office

The Chicago office focuses principally on the Midwest region

Channels:

Our Financial Sponsors effort involves direct coverage of private equity sponsors and the commitment of debt and equity capital to finance leveraged buyout transactions or to recapitalize portfolio companies

Our Direct Investments effort focuses on the needs of private companies through direct interface with management teams, entrepreneurs, family offices and small deal sponsors seeking capital for liquidity, acquisitions, growth and general refinancing needs

Our Capital Markets effort is organized to underwrite and invest in syndicated and club debt financings arranged by commercial and investment banks and other middle market lenders
