Principal

Mr. Zugay joined Ares in July 2004 in Ares’ Capital Markets Group and serves as a Principal. In January 2006, Mr. Zugay joined the Private Debt Group. Prior to joining Ares, Mr. Zugay worked at Kroll Zolfo Cooper as an Associate in the Corporate Restructuring and Advisory Group where he assisted in developing various financial models for corporate restructurings and bankruptcy situations. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Zugay was a financial analyst with UBS Warburg in their Los Angeles Office. Mr. Zugay graduated with Honors from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics.
