Senior Associate

Mr. Walters joined Ares in July 2007 in the Private Debt Group and serves as a Senior Associate. Previously, Mr. Walters worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wachovia Securities where he constructed comprehensive financial models to analyze the effects of various capital structures on future free cash flows and credit risk associated with trances of debt and equity returns. Mr. Walters received a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
