Senior Analyst

Ms. Scaillier joined Ares Management LLC in June 2009 in the Private Debt Group and serves as a Portfolio Manager covering the Media & Entertainment, Broadcasting, Publishing, Telecommunication, Ecological and Business Service industries. Previously, she was a Senior Investment Analyst at Katonah Debt Advisors focusing on the following industries: Automotive, Airlines, Aerospace and Defense, Food, Beverage, Tobacco and Restaurants. Prior to joining Katonah Debt Advisors in 2006, Ms. Scaillier was a Director at BNP Paribas since 2000 where she covered private equity firms and structured and executed senior, mezzanine, bridge and high yield financings for leveraged buy-outs across a broad range of industries. Previously, she was a Director of the SG Cowen Leveraged Finance Group in New York where she was responsible for structuring and executing financings for leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and corporate financings. She joined SG in New York in 1993 in its Specialized Structured Finance Group where she completed distressed loan management assignments. Prior to that, she was at SG in London first in the Acquisition Finance Group and subsequently as a relationship manager in the French Desk where she was responsible for a loan portfolio comprised of English subsidiaries and branches of French multinationals. Prior to that, Ms. Scaillier acted as SG’s Indian Desk Manager. Ms. Scaillier received a Corporate Finance Certificate from London Business School and is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées.
