Analyst

Ms. Molina joined Ares in December 2009 in the Ivy Hill Asset Management group and serves as an Analyst. Previously, Ms. Molina worked as an Associate in the Asset Management division of Allied Capital where she managed a portfolio of over 31 investments in the restaurant, gaming, hotel, and real estate / construction markets. Prior to that, Ms. Molina was an Associate at Merrill Lynch Capital where she evaluated and underwrote mid-cap leverage loans for media-focused private equity sponsors. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Ms. Molina worked as an Associate in ABN AMRO Bank where she oversaw a portfolio of over 35 credits in the healthcare, chemical, consumer, and industrial space. In 2002, Ms. Molina completed the Corporate Banker (Credit Training) training program with Fleet Bank in Boston, MA. Subsequent to completing the credit training program, Ms. Molina joined the Middle Market Commercial Lending group as an Analyst and underwrote credit transactions for large corporate clients in the Advertising sector. Ms. Molina received a BA in Finance and graduated Valedictorian of the 2002 Class of Long Island University.
