Daniel G. Kelly, Jr.

Daniel G. Kelly, Jr., has served as a director of the Company since May 2016 and currently serves on the nominating and governance committee. Daniel G. Kelly, Jr., was a Partner of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, an international law firm, from 1999 to 2015, co-founding its Silicon Valley office in 1999. During his time at Davis Polk, Daniel G. Kelly, Jr., had an extensive corporate practice representing companies, private equity funds and financial institutions in a broad array of complex transactions, and also acted as a senior advisor to boards and special committees on numerous sensitive matters. He currently serves on the board of directors of American Shared Hospital Services. Prior to joining Davis Polk, Daniel G. Kelly, Jr., was a senior officer of a major investment banking firm, the chief legal officer of a New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") listed corporation and a partner involved in management of two other law firms. Daniel G. Kelly, Jr., graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History from Yale University and received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
